This a new UX3404VA purchased 9 Sept 2023. Today when the laptop is turned on, the above dark blue blotches just appeared on the screen. It even appeared all around the right edges of the laptop screen. The laptop has neve been dropped, or impacted by any accident. It is not placed near any magnetic field. An onsite inspection of the laptop would determine it is in an almost pristine perfect physical condition exterior and interior. It is used very rarely for web browsing and word processing never in extend of 1 hour. Additionally, the laptop is never left switched on for long duration of time. For an Asus laptop exceeding 1000Euro or AED 4000, it is hugely shocking and disappointing from a well established brand such as Asus. I am seeking immediate explanation, repair and or replacement. The only consolation is that, the laptop is still under warranty until 10 September 2025.

@Falcon_ASUS thank you for the information. Asus Service Center assigned a courier agent to pick up the laptop from my home. I shall await information from Asus Service Center. Thank you @Falcon_ASUS
