i've tried with other earphone but it still doesn't plugged in (Laptop ASUS K413EQ) and when I plugged it in, the jack didn't go too deep, there was a residue and I think that's the limit. but I really can't connect with any earphones.
why i can't plugged in my earphone?
@zrackerman If you have tried to change to a different earphone, but it still cannot be used normally.
