Weird popping and crackling sound thru laptop speakers

I recently bought a vivo book pro 15 M6506MU, the speakers produce a weird popping and crackling sound every time the windows notification sound plays, same is also heard every time the speaker resumes after a pause or during a dialogue/music on youtube.

should I claim warranty? or is it a drivers/software issue?
