Stylus and screen pad

Model: Asus Zenbook Duo UX582H, Asus pen sa201h
Detailed description：
Asus stylus not working on screen pad, when i use it on screen pad, it effects the main screen as i am using touch on it. I can properly use touch with my hand on screen pad but not with the stylus.
First it happened the same with using hand on screen pad as mentioned above. After some driver update, using with hand went well. Now happening the same with stylus pen.

Have you checked that the sa201h still has power available for use?
In addition, please try to use the calibration tool to confirm.
