I'm using an Asus Vivobook S14 (S3402ZA-KM502WS) and am experiencing a couple of issues. Sometimes, the laptop doesn’t start immediately—it takes a few seconds to power on. Additionally, when it does start, the keyboard occasionally doesn’t work right away and may take a while to become responsive. I am not understanding of this a software or hardware problem.
Also, sometimes the laptop screen shuts of automatically and I need to lift it up little bit to start. I have added a video.
Once the laptop is up and running, everything works normally. I’m trying to figure out if a recent update may have caused this. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix it, I’d appreciate the help. I’d prefer not to send the laptop to customer support and wait 3-10 days for a repair.
