Frequency of occurrence: Product Registration Failed: Product is already registered
Reset OS: windows 11

Detailed description: purchased new laptop today and when i tried to register it, it says product is already registered. how can it be registered since i got it sealed pack today itself

@Falcon_ASUS I also experiencing the same issue wherin I already registered my ASUS laptop then when I tried to re-log in my account, my registered laptop is currently missing and I experience the same error message when trying to register my device again.
