when I play games the temperature reaches 95 degrees Celsius, is it normal?

overheat

after end game , GPU temperature should comes 0% within 5 seconds. but CPU temparature might comes to 45% within 20 seconds.
But while playing cpu , gpu temperature goes high , its normal.

I have windows 10 home for bios I do not know which one to play games and to play the maximum temperature that the processor reaches even once it is 95, now when I play a heavy game the processor temperature can remain at 95 degrees throughout of the game as in fifa
