new PC not working - unable to open any windows

I purchased a F1500EA laptop on 23 June 2023, the windows dont remain open long enough to do anything. Please advise how to fix this issue. Should I return it under warranty? Serial number R4N0CV0********.

When the issue occurred, did restarting the laptop improve the situation?
If you enter Safe Mode and perform the same actions, does the problem persist?
If the issue persists, it might indicate a system malfunction. I recommend you back up your data, restore the system, and then verify the situation.
