my newly purchased ASUS Vivobook laptop keeps freezing randomly. any solution? chkdsk is not helping

disable startup items from task manager , delete all possible tasks registered under task scheduler.
uninstall very rarely used applications , set the power mode as high performance

Do you have purchased additional memory for your laptop?
If there is an additional purchase for use, have you tried to remove the memory?
If not, I would recommend you to try restoring your system.
