Memory Capacity Inquiry

I am looking to purchase an Asus VivoBook 15 model F512DA-WH31 on Amazon that based on what I have been able to learn to date provides a 20 GB memory capacity. This noted, is it possible to install a larger memory stick to obtain a 32 GB memory capacity or 12 GB over the 20 GB capacity stated?  Also, please don't respond to this question by stating 'maybe' or more than likely 'yes' or equivalent answers that are essentially questionable at best. Thank you ahead of time.

The model already has one onboard memory , and there is only one memory slot.
Regarding this memory slot, you can insert a 8GB memory to use. (DDR4 2400 SO-D 8G 260P)
