Okayy uh so i havent used the laptop in so long because the charge broke so i brought a new charger and it was working but only for a day my laptop the next day basically shut and wont load or anything it over heats and stops but nothing is working i dont think its a black screen cause the charging led and stuff isnt working i tried everything and kept it in the charge its just dead ??
@yur1 May I know the exact model of the laptop you are using? Is the power adapter you are using an original one from our?
