Laptop battery not charging

My vivobook s 16inc AI AMD 890M radeon laptop does not charge,

I have tried hard reseting with power button for 40seconds and followed your video on youtube, it's still not charging, I bought it through amazon

May I ask if the charging indicator light turns on after connecting the charger?
If it does light up, please remove all devices connected to the laptop, leave the laptop idle for 10 minutes, then connect only the charger and check if it can power on.
If the indicator does not light up, it is possible that the motherboard has developed a fault. In this case, we recommend sending your laptop to a service center for further inspection.
