I'm looking at a affordable laptop, it cost 5990 SEK (swedish curency) (705,59 USD). It's this or HUAWEI MateBook D 14. The difference is that one is 50 USD more and the vivo got an Ryzen™ 7 4700U while the MateBook got Ryzen™ 7 3700U.
With that budget you should be able to get an Intel i5 11th Gen CPU maybe even a i5 1235u 12th Gen. I would avoid AMD, difficult upgrading RAM/SSD and Intel CPUs perform much better but are more expensive.
