Installing Win 7 Pro on a Vivobook X512JA

Hello,

I need to maintain old software running under Win 7 Pro. I have the original DVDs from MS as well as the licences.
My hard is a Vivobook X512JA, Bios is American Megatrends upgraded to the last available version: 304.
I have tried all Rufus possibilities, but none of them lets the pendrive holding ISO boot.
Is incredible that something as simple as boot (from the old good times of DVDs) could be lost.
Any ideas ?
