Clean Windows 11 install on a Vivobook F1502-WH74 1-7 2.0G WITH 512GB SSD

I have a Asus Vivobook F1502-WH74  , I would like to do a Clean Install with Windows 11 ,  I get to the Screen that says : connect to what wifi but the screen is empty below  it.    This Windows 11 install USB is a 16gig .  The windows 11 came from the Windows media Creation tool.  IS the Windows setup corrupt?  What have I forgotten?  Is there something I have missed ?   How I do get this to work?  JTM
