Grey lines and green flicker on webcam Grey - please help!

Detailed description：Detailed description：My camera is green and grey flickering all the time!! even when not plaguued to AC. it happense with any app. i have upadted all the drivers. BIOS is updated to version 302 (attached). what is the solution??

Hello, an update:
i noticed that when i am using the camera in bright outdoor light, it works well (small green lines distractions)
Indor, or at night, the problem occure all the time. Is that leads to a conclusion that the camera is OK but this is driver / BIOS/ sw issue?

no update when i do that. Very furstrating! new strong laptop with so poor webcam quality.
