Detailed description：error: FP sensor communication fail
the above error keeps popping out,due to which my fingerprint sensors are not properly functioning ,please do help me with this problem,also when i check device manager for the driver error,it says device is properly working,i also uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers yet it is not working properly

you can download this driver  4.5.13001.10701 from below site . download only zip file and extract , install driver through device manager

thankyou for the drivers ,but still the problem persists i think it has something to do with windows update,if there is any more solutions for the problem please do let me know
