I bought a laptop, Dialpad was working, then I didn't use it for a week and decided to check it again. I swipe the touch button in the upper right corner of the touchpad and the light comes on, but the round panel does not respond, the mouse cursor on the round area does not move (previously, this panel could be used to scroll pages). I don't understand what the reason is and how to solve it.
