Can we claim warranty more than one time withon the warranty period?

Guys, i have a doubt i recently(two months back) bought an asus vivobook and i also bought one year warranty extension, so lets say i have a problem now and i claim warranty and if i get another problem within the two year period can i claim warranty again? Also guys another doubt i think the screen and the uplifted part of laptop body just below keyboard touch eachother and now there is small line in screen (not visible whiile using but visible while screen is off or in black screen) can i claim for a screen replacement with warranty?
