Asus X541U i5 battery detected but not charging

I have an ASUS laptop X541U,

the battery detected with a fixed level 75% (not increase or decrease) and when I unplug the AC adapter the laptop turn off. I tried to reset it by removing the battery and holding the power button but usually i have the same problem.

Please do a battery check through MyASUS.
In [System Diagnosis]④, select [Battery problems] item⑤. Here you can learn more about MyASUS System Diagnosis - Introduction.
Note: If there is no System Diagnosis tab in MyASUS that means your computer does not support this function, please ignore this step and go to the next. Here you can learn more about Why can I only see the “Customer Support” feature in the MyASUS app.

If the issue still cannot be resolved, it may indicate a problem with the battery or motherboard. I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center for further confirmation.

I solved a problem,

The problem occured when I cleaned the motherboard. There's the screw near the battery connector labeled by the star symbol. This screw must be covered by the aluminum. 

I found the solution in this link
