Asus vivobook s15 stopped working

I’ve purchased the vivobook s15 and got it yesterday, i plugged in the charger and the laptop turned on and was running smooth, i also logged in to everything and got my computer started then when it was fully charged I unplugged it and turned it off.
Today I went to turn on my computer and it wasn’t turning on… after that I plugged in the charger and the message “check system power error.. make sure that you have plugged in the AC adapter and that your device is at least 20%” popped up on my screen and it wasn’t turning the only thing that’s showing.. I tried everything, the charger is plugged in and the charging light is on but it’s not turning on… ?!

It is recommended that you remove all devices connected to the laptop and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Then, connect the charger directly and turn on the laptop to check if the issue is resolved. If the problem persists and the laptop is newly purchased, we suggest contacting the retailer to check if a return or exchange is possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
