asus vivobook s 14x oled - solar silver laptop but no numpad appears on touchpad

Detailed description：
I got this laptop yesterday in the solar silver color just for that numpad and it does not appear on my touchpd , i should see 2 icosn on top right and left touchpad but i dont have them.
system is updated + intel updates + asus ones.
what am i missing ?
need your help . thank!

I mean, you may be buying a laptop that doesn't have NumPad function.
