ASUS vivobook 15s OLED (K3502) not playing multiplayer

I've had my laptop for a little over a year and I never had an issue with playing multiplayer games until a couple months ago. Every time I try to play a multiplayer game (Apex, CS, Valorant, League, and even Roblox) it says I have an internet connection and cannot connect to the server. I've flushed and reset my DNS, allowed the games through my firewall, checked for viruses on my Norton 360, unchecked my proxy server for LAN. Single player games still work, but there always seems to be an issue for multiplayer. If someone could please let me know what I should do to fix this issue, that would be so amazing

If your laptop can connect to the internet normally, then the network function should be working fine. If you encounter issues while playing online multiplayer games, we recommend you contact the game software provider to check if the problem is due to the game server. Sorry for any inconvenience it may be caused.

My issue is that it doesn't matter what game I play, so I don't think it's because of the game servers. I've contacted Riot Games and EA to try to fix my issue in-game but they think my laptop is the problem and they told me to contact ASUS.

In terms of internet connection, if you can access the internet normally, then the network functionality is not an issue. As for the system, since we are not aware of which programs you have installed that might be causing problems with running online games, we recommend you back up your data and restore the system. After restoring, please directly install the game you want to run and check if the problem is resolved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
