Asus vivobook 15 M1502YA static noise when charging and discharging

I recently got this laptop and I noticed that it makes a weird buzzing noise when charging but I thought that was okay, however I now hear it when the laptop is not charging and depending on the performance mode I set, it gets louder or quieter. You can barely hear it unless you listen to it, but it's still annoying, is this normal?
