Subject: Request for Free Repair or Replacement – Defective ROG Phone 5s Motherboard
Dear Asus Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the persistent issues with my ASUS ROG Phone 5s. The motherboard has failed twice within just two years, which clearly indicates that the device is defective from the beginning.
Despite regular use and proper handling, such repeated motherboard failures are unacceptable. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not a user-caused problem. I should not be asked to pay ₹30,000 for a repair on a product that is inherently faulty.
I have already raised complaints several times, but the issue remains unresolved. I request Asus to:
Replace the defective motherboard free of cost, or
Provide a full replacement unit under warranty and consumer protection rights.
Please treat this matter with urgency. If not resolved soon, I will be forced to escalate this issue through public forums and consumer court.
