bunnyfastardFrom what I have been seeing, there aren't that many people with your issue. Quite a few people were reporting the issue that got at least mitigated by the software update, but I am waiting for more confirmation from other users. Your hardware issue seems much less common.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/33518#Comment_33518
Hi,
If it is a known hardware issue, why are so many people out there facing the same issue? And if the Asus executive already not able to solve the problem, how is visiting again going to solve it?

Specifying exactly what is going on, and letting them know what was repaired the first time that did not resolve the issue is a good start. Let them know this only happens after 10 minutes for you, and never at room temperature. The more information you can give them, the more likely they are to find the root of the issue and fix the right part.

bunnyfastardYou're right about that thread, I missed that one.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/33528#Comment_33528
Hi,
FY I https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/11893/air-trigger-problem
There is an entire post with people facing the same issue. So i'm pretty sure its a manufacturing defect or a defective lot of phones handed over to a few of us.
My phone travels 1032 kms here in India before it gets serviced there are no local stores here that fix ROG phones.
It is extremely difficult for me to explain the problem over call. But i hear you. However, if it is a specific hardware issue that a lot of us are facing, we deserve a phone replacement as it is evidently a manufacturing defect.

LP_ASUSI have given my phone to the service center again today. Will keep you posted once i get a call from them. Thanks for the help.https://zentalk.asus.com/en/discussion/comment/33534#Comment_33534
You're right about that thread, I missed that one.
I hear you on it being difficult to get the unit repaired, and I sympathize. Heck, even if it was easy getting the unit repaired twice in the first few months of use is not an ideal situation. I can only advise you on what the warranty terms are for your device and the best course of action moving forward, and it looks like that solution will be to seek out the repair center again.
I'll post on that thread as well and advise those customers to seek out a hardware repair as well.

nightsilvanceHi. You need to set sensitivity to maximum. Got to armory crate -air triggers - and set the sensitivity to maximum by tapping as light as you can .and disable the option rest finger on triggers .Experiencing some issue with my right air trigger. Button press is sometimes unresponsive and intermittent. Notice it after the latest firmware update. Sometimes the button press would "flicker" when I'm holding it down. Want to know if it's a software bug or hardware issue. Hopefully someone can enlighten me.
