Camera app issue. ASUS, you need to responsible.

just so you know that this bug is annoying, i can't use camera properly on by system camera app. there is no front camera and main camera, the 0.6× become macro and 1~8× become ultra-wide. but! 3rd party camera app or whatsapp/discord/tiktok camera is normal, i can use them. so, you need to responsible and give us more firmware updates to fix this issue.

I also have camera issues, but in my case, the issue occurs in all apps main camera, whatsapp, messenger, Instagram, QR scan etc.

My main problem is that when I'm opening the camera in one of the mentioned apps above, the phone froze and the only option I have is to force restart the phone.

Few month ago when this issue first appeared, the force restart of the phone worked every time, but know when I'm trying to force restart the phone, the system is not booting anymore and it keeps restarting over and over again and the phone starts to heat. Today for example, the phone tried to bot for about 60 minutes!

This is a joke and must be fixed as soon as possible.

there is 2 ways to fix this :

1. flash your firmware to the older version

2. reassemble the machine parts (the ports), i recommend you doing this while changing to a new battery, the phone already 2+ years old, even my phone only have 77% Battery Health, with 872 cycle charging currently.

I can't do that, but if there will be no fix until January, I will send the phone to service as I still have warranty till May 2025.

do not go to ASC, their service is sucks. only disappointment will you get. because i have an acquaintance that went to their SC and get the same exact problem back after 5-6 months
