Dear Asus Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the camera on my Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro.
The camera frequently stops working — sometimes it temporarily starts functioning again after a device restart, but the issue returns shortly afterward. Additionally, the selfie (front camera) button is missing from the camera interface, making it impossible to switch to the front camera.
I have already tried clearing the camera app cache and resetting the camera settings, but the problem persists.
Please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue. I would appreciate your support in addressing this matter as soon as possible.

Start the warranty process if you can. Asus is not customer friendly.

I apologize for the inconvenience, If you did reset the camera settings and clear the cache then the next step would be doing a full factory reset or reaching out to your closest ASUS Service Center so that they can take a closer look.
