On 30/11/2023, While I just browsing on my phone, It suddenly get shutdown without any warning. After I restart the device, I noticed that the wifi and hotspot is not working. My device is still under warrenty, but warrenty will over in a month. I backup the data to an external device and factory reset the device. But the problem still persist. Then I reset it again, then the wifi seems ok.I think the problem resolved But After using the device sometime, the device again shutdown without any warning, On restarting the wifi and hotspot is again not working. I use my phone with so much care, I don't know how this was happened. I need a solution to this from Asus, Otherwise I need to move legally. I know this is not only my problem, this problem happen to so many people. Even heard about the problem during buying this phone, I keep faith is Asus, but now I am really disappointed 😔 on my decision. Shame on you ASUS.

yeah im always searching to fix the problem, dont depend on asus center.. read all thread, watching some video on youtube about repairment and issue of this phone.
some thred and official one convice you to changing ur motherboard.. but is spend much cost
i think asus now is make a data which productions have problems, searching from serial number..
sometimes when u still warrenty, dosent mean u free charge.. just say u want to replace RAM.
i will make update if my phone is trouble again.. if not, i will not an update.. until this reply, my phone just 5h out of service phone.

Thank you bro for sharing your experience. Its really helpful to me as well for others who are facing the same problem with Asus rog phone 5s. In my case, my phone is currently under warranty, So i submitted it in the service center. Hope they will give back my phone with all problems solved. My concern is that what if the problem still persist even after the service, what will i do because by that time my warranty will be over. I already lost all my trust on this brand. I don't know why the brands like Asus are making this big scams. This is not only the problem faced by one or two customer but most of the Asus rog 5s user are facing this problem. Still Asus didn't officially responded anything on this. It is better not to buy product from the brands like Asus which doesn't give any importance to their customer.
