Model Name: ZS676KS
Current Firmware Version: 18.1220.2109.131
Rooted or not: Not Rooted
Android Version: 11
Asus Rog Phone 5S Still under 1 year Asus Warranty.
Looking to upgrade it from Android 11 to 13 which is not working directly from phone settings via OTA system update feature. There is nothing available there or either it's not working at all.
Found the Android 13 update via Asus Download center for ROG5/5S (ZS673KS/ZS676KS) Software Image: WW-33.0210.0210.200, for WW(except JP)/EU/RU SKUs
Version WW-33.0210.0210.200 Size: 3.59 GB Dt. 2023/11/14
So I am curious is it possible to upgrade from A11 to directly A13 via official source update? I am confused referring to so many sources, youtube and zentalk that it has be be upgraded from A11 > A12 then A13 to work everything fine.
But there is no official way to get the A12 update from Asus directly.
Even though just putting Asus's A13 in root folder and restart phone to detect update an apply will it work without anything broken like (Wifi, Hotspot, etc as read in several zentalk posts that either the update entirely fails or even if it get updated some features get broken after upgrade)
As found many users report Wi-Fi and hotspot stopped working after Android 13 update so is it really a software issue or hardware fault. Sceptical to upgrade to Android 13 as it appears risky from former users aspects. Though my phone is still under Asus 1 year warranty.
So is the Asus provided A13 version (WW-33.0210.0210.200) on their website is fully stable?
if yes is it possible to upgrade it from A11 to A13 without any failure or breaking any of features
Concluding with all the clutter and confusion many users advice to stay on A11.
I am afraid to get bricked while upgrading if not properly executed. Sending it to service center or get into process of downgrading manually.
Now I am stuck what to do and what is the point of spending on Asus ROG mobiles, Laptop & Accessories if no official support is properly available.

@Falcon_ASUS Thank You for the response. And really appreciate for the update and help.
After all that I have gone through with Asus help and support experience since last couple of weeks.
As a customer I really feel bad that buying a so called Premium Rog phone and Asus policy stating 2 years of security update and 2 OS upgrade software side support no longer makes sense if the customer buys the phone after couple of years or in later years than the actual phone release date. Ofcourse customer gets 1 year of Asus warranty, No matter when they buy the phone but still for anything rushing to the service center will be the only option Asus left.
So as a customer point of view to get all the help and support buying the latest version is the only option Asus so called policy changes just forcefully implied in their customers.
Either way its foolish to buy an older version of so called premium rog phone. And it seems Asus is still selling those just to clear their stock and not at all thinking of their customers.
Taking conclusion from all these Asus forcefully wants and pushing their customer to get the latest released rog phone is the customer wants a better help and support experience.
RIP ROG for me. Wise option for better customer experience is to switch brand and no loner rely on Asus anymore. As Asus doesn't care for all of their customers but only those who get their latest released devices.
