ROG 5 Air trigger stopped working and Game Genie constantly crashes

It has been more than one month now that my phone Air Trigger stopped working and Game Genie constantly crashes when i play a game. I'm on Android 13 and it was working well before the update. I would prefer not to factory reset ....

Current firmware details
When did you update to Android 13
Hope you download and updated firmware from official Asus website.
Have you sent your phone to service center for any repairs?
Is your phone still in warranty period?
