It was really unexpected and unusual at Asus service center in Harco, Jakarta, Indonesia. My laptop has some problems, so I want to check. Anywhere in the world, you go to any brand laptop or mobile, they check in five minutes and tell you the issue. I went to Asus service center, here and they have weird policy, out of this world. They said, I need to leave laptop for 2-3 working days and then they will inform. Why such an unwelcoming and troublesome customer care policy with ASUS Indonesia?!
