Yes, people now are realizing these phones are not belong to market anymore because no one buying their new crappy phones, people are switching to IOS, Samsung or even Xiaomi and Huawei, because people been fooled after that what they did on major A13 update that all phones being destroyed and people are pissed off no one will going to buy their ugly phones and learned from their mistakes, probably no one will even be fooled again rather than to choose a 4 years update instead of only getting 2 years update, with all lazy bot and no customer service satisfaction, people will not going to buy their crappy phones again.

I would not call my Zenfone 10 crappy. It's great hardware. The gimbal-like camera mount is a lifesaver with my not-so-steady hands. And where do you find a phone that fits in your pocket these days? Android as such is not great, but OK. But all this obtrusive bloatware from Google! All those redundant background services that are draining the battery. If ASUS would allow me to unlock the bootloader and install Open Source Android, like Sony does, it would be 'ASUS forever' for me.

Good on your phone but how about us who who got scammed during A13 update? You need to read twice my post before talking back to me, you don't know we're we coming from. Read back on Zenfone 8, Zenfone 8 Flip and ROG 5 so that you can understand what I am talking about. Your Zenfone 10 will be trash after 2 years, trust me.

It is a good thing that Asus discontinued its Zenfone line or still trying to scam people? This phone seems to scam people as Zenfones malfunctioning and problems starts to appear in 2 years of use.

The symptoms, malfunction and problems appear to be similar to units of Zenfone.

A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT.

I enjoy using Asus products and appreciate the high quality standard of their products. I have been using two Asus PCs for 13 years, I used my Zenfone 5Z for 5 years (still working) before buying my Zenfone 11 Ultra, which I have been using for 7 months with a high level of satisfaction.
