tuf f17 lag on battery (with out playing game just os)

Detailed description：i bought gaming laptop 1 month ago and it lags so bad in battery
it is in performance mode and not in battery saving mode
i dont play game on battery but ui of windows is so laggy specialy when i open armoury crate app
i sent it to warrany (not asus another company is my laptop warranty) and they said it is software or bios problem and asus will fix it.(i dont know if they lie to me or its truth .thery werent honest and good people)
i updated every thing drivers bios ....
i test hardwares and they are fine
what should i do?

and i installed windows 10 11 many time it doesnt solve problem
and when it lags , there are no app running in background(cpu is not under load, also ram is not full , ssd is not under load ....)
