Touchpad laggy/skipping sometimes

Detailed description：The touchpad seems to skip badly after working for a while. I have updated all the drivers, and BIOS, but nothing helped. The problem happens in Ubuntu too, so I don't think it's an OS problem. Please someone help me solve the problem.

I cannot get to the service centers right now due to lockdown situation. Any software/upgrade could help resolving the issue temporarily or so, please say
