May I ask if you are using the charger provided by us?
If not, please switch back to the charger we provided.
Additionally, please check if your charger is connected to an extension cord.
If it is, please remove the extension cord and plug it directly into a single socket to confirm if the issue still persists.
If the problem continues, we recommend sending both the laptop and charger for repair for further investigation.

If your laptop's metal display is giving electrical shocks while charging, it's a serious safety concern. Stop using it immediately, unplug it from the charger, and contact a professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue. Continuing to use it in this condition can be dangerous.

Sadly where I am now I have no professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue. it's not giving out massive shocks just when I move my fingers on the back when charging I feel the electricity but when it's not charging I feel nothing.

Yes, I'm using the original charger provided by the laptop. it was connected to an extension. Now that I tried connecting to the wall single socket can't feel the electricity anymore when charging.

Why does that happen tho?
