The back metal display of my laptop keep giving out electrical shocks while charging

Model: Asus TUF Gaming F15  FX507Mwhen charging it relases electical shocks from the back. When i move my fingers around the back metal plate it feels like electic vibrating  sometimes giving a little shock

I tried updating my BIOS But forgot to Plug in my Charger

I forgot to plug in my charger so when I restarted the laptop it went to the bios area and showed me a warning about the power not being connected I connected it and pressed the exit button there so it just restated my laptop and did nothing I think....

My Laptop Keeps changing Refresh Rate from 165 to 60 after removing the charger

My laptop ASUS TUF GAMING F15 FX507ZM keeps changing the refresh rate to 60 each time I unplug it from the charger when initially I had set it to 165 frames before chaging.

I feel scammed getting a intel irx ex graphic card instead of Nvidia RTX 3060 in my asus tuf f 15

Was exited to get my first new laptop to be able to play games expecting it to be a rtx since that what the description of the laptop that I bought said i feel so disappointed and sad that all the money that i worked hard to be able to buy a good lap...
