I forgot to plug in my charger so when I restarted the laptop it went to the bios area and showed me a warning about the power not being connected I connected it and pressed the exit button there so it just restated my laptop and did nothing I think....

My laptop ASUS TUF GAMING F15 FX507ZM keeps changing the refresh rate to 60 each time I unplug it from the charger when initially I had set it to 165 frames before chaging.

Yes, I'm using the original charger provided by the laptop. it was connected to an extension. Now that I tried connecting to the wall single socket can't feel the electricity anymore when charging. Why does that happen tho?

Sadly where I am now I have no professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue. it's not giving out massive shocks just when I move my fingers on the back when charging I feel the electricity but when it's not charging I feel nothing.
