My Laptop Keeps changing Refresh Rate from 165 to 60 after removing the charger

My laptop ASUS TUF GAMING F15 FX507ZM keeps changing the refresh rate to 60 each time I unplug it from the charger when initially I had set it to 165 frames before chaging.

Please refer to the following FAQ to check if you have previously adjusted the power settings, and make sure that both the BIOS version and system version are updated to the latest versions.
