Support says TUF A15 2022 doesn't support 2 tb SSD

Detailed description：The ASUS support in my country said the total storage TUF A15 2022 (FA507RM) can support is 1 tb. They said the largest SSD that can be installed in its empty slot is 1 tb, and said to do that, one has to remove the 512 gb SSD that comes with it when you buy it. What they said just sounds a bit odd to me.
So my question is, can I install a 2 tb or 1 tb SSD in the empty slot of this laptop? Will they work properly?

There are two M.2 SSD connector in FA507RM , you can install two 1TB SSDs to upgrade.

The display out of the HDMI is from GPU, not from UMA.
