You are in the wrong section of the Forum. This is the ZenFone (phone) section. You have to ask the question in the laptop section.
If you want my advise, google "how to create a bootable USB Windows 10" (or DVD, if you have an optical drive) and search for the Microsoft website. You need a working PC to create an installation media. If you don't have other PC, you can reinsert your HDD to your laptop, create the installation media, then insert SSD and install Windows.
