Speaker buzz/static/vibration sound

Hey everyone, I bought a ProArt P16 about a week and a half ago, and I've been pretty happy with it, except that after day 1, once all the drivers and everything were installed I guess, I started hearing this weird buzzing/vibrating sound (I'm not sure how to describe it) when the speaker plays lower sounds, like voices or bass in a song. It almost might sound like something is loose and being rattled by the vibrations? I'm not sure. It's a shame because the speakers sound incredible, but this buzz really kills the mood. Any thoughts? Don't know what to do next. If no one can help me here, I'll try calling support. Just don't really have the time to wait on hold, you know?

We recommend referring to the following FAQ to uninstall the audio device from Device Manager and then reinstall the driver to see if the issue is resolved.

Unfortunately that did not work. I think I will have to exchange it at Best Buy, since it's defective.
