Hi
Easy thing to check is to run the command (WinKey + R type cmd.exe and press SHIFT + ENTER) ...
getmac
It should list 2 mac addresses for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and one for any other ethernet etc.
You can also try a ping (ping 127.0.0.1) command, and the netsh wlan show interfaces ...
If in doubt please ask.

Please check if you may have accidentally pressed Fn + F2 and turned off the wireless network.
If not, please go to Device Manager to check if the wireless network card can be detected.
If you see an exclamation mark or the device is missing, it indicates a driver issue; in this case, please reinstall the driver and check again.
