New ROG G15 won't wake from sleep

Frequency of occurrence: Everytime laptop sleeps for more than a few minutes
Reset OS: Done

Detailed description：
My new ROG G15 won't wake from sleep. It requires a hard reset everytime. My second ASUS with major problems. Any others experiencing this?

What is your BIOS and Windows (1909/2004/2009) version?
And are you connecting to any external device with the laptop?

Bios is 404 windows version is  Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
It's a brand new laptop has't worked properly since first switch on.
I've had real bad luck with Asus I bought a G14 that was unusable and crashed every hour randomly. I had to return it. I waited for the new G15 and bought that and it has multiple faults
Won't wake from sleep without hard reset every time
Powerbutton is not fitted properly
Trackpad feels loose on clicking
Looks like I have to return this one too. Terrible build quality. Very dissapointing.
