After a random windows update, my WiFi adapter has updated to V3.0.1.1336. It also cannot see any nearby networks.

If your situation is that the network card has not disappeared, but the wireless network signal around the environment cannot be found. I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.

Sorry, the steps I provided are mainly for the disappearance of the wireless network card hardware. After that, the user needs to reboot the laptop and install the driver to use it.
If your problem is that you can't find the wireless network signal around you , I would suggest you bring back your laptop to our service center.
