Detailed description：
Since the keyboard firmware update 2.7.603 / 2.7.703 (04.30.2021) the following key are not working:
shit key left side
fn keys on both sides therefore no acces for secundar funtion of F1-F12

any idea some one?

Hello,
I have exactly the same problems with the same notebook (G733QS) as well.
Everything worked perfectly and now after a restart, left shift and fn keys are not working.
Please let me know is you guys have a solution for that yet.

Hello guys im an owner of my new G733QR for a half day and i have the same issue left shift key and the two fn keys are not working but i was not sure if it was a problematic update or a keyboard mechanics issue until i saw that discussion. Thank God im not alone in this problem. I hope to find the answer to this issue.
