Detailed description：
Okay so i play a lot of gta on my laptop and recently i attempted a few network resets because of isp issues (which I don't think are relevant but still gonna mention in case). Ideally, i get 70 fps offline and 50 plus fps in online, optimal settings. However starting today, I updated a few windows drivers and also attempted a winsock reset, and after, i got onto the game to see it running at around 30-40 fps in offline mode. One of my friends suggested that I remove unnecessary updated from windows which i did. I also upd reimstalled the graphics drivers many times but still i had no luck. My next step would be to have it checked at a service center, unless you guys could provide any and all opinions as to how i can solve this. Thanks in advance.
