Can I use laptop charger connect with UPS ?

Hi ,
I am using ROG laptop. Also my laptop battery working normally . I needs to know If I laptop charger connect to a UPS , is it harmful for my laptop ?
When power cuts my laptop switched to turbo mode to silence or performance modes. Untill power is back , I need to run my laptop on turbo mode. So I thought about a UPS.
So it is normal , also I need to know what kind power supply I need to buy ?
