Black Screen Hardware malfunction ASUS TUF Dash F15

My device serial number is N6NRCX1********. Whenever I am on online meeting (  using webcam and mic are turned on)  this laptop suddenly gets turned off and show off black screen #AsusTUFDashF15. 

Its a humble request that I am a Masters Student and I need this laptop to function flawlessly so that I can along with studies. 

I need it to be fixed

Are you experiencing the same issue with all video-dependent apps, or is it only occurring with specific ones?
If the problem is specific to certain apps, please try removing and reinstalling the problematic app.
If the issue occurs with all video-dependent apps, we would suggest you try uninstalling the graphics card and camera from the Device Manager, then reinstall the graphics card and camera drivers, and check if the issue improves.
