Hi everyone,

I’m encountering a problem with my Asus laptop where it frequently hangs or freezes, making it difficult to use. Here are some details about the issue:

• Frequent Hanging: The laptop often becomes unresponsive for several seconds or minutes, requiring a reboot.
• System Performance: The laptop hangs during various activities, including web browsing and running applications.
• Error Messages: I haven’t seen any specific error messages when it hangs.

Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve already taken:

1. Running a full system scan for malware and viruses.
2. Checking and updating all drivers and the operating system to the latest versions.
3. Performing a disk cleanup and defragmentation.
4. Monitoring system resources in Task Manager for any abnormal activity.

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else faced similar issues with an Asus laptop? Any advice or additional troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated!
