BT10 Dual Wan DHCP Failure

BT 10, attempting to use dual WAN.
10 GBE port will not get IP address from either of my ISPs in dual WAN mode.
In single WAN mode, both ISPs work individually in either the 1GBE port or 10GBE port.
Priority WAN doesn't change anything.
The 10GBE port works in dual WAN mode with a static IP.
Looks like a software problem with the router.

- ISP Confirmation: Have you confirmed this issue with your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? They may be able to provide you with specific settings or diagnostic information.
- System Problem Report: Please follow the steps below to report the issue through the built-in system problem reporting function so that our team can confirm the issue:
- Connect your device (PC, laptop, etc.) to the router, open the web management interface (http://router.asus.com/), and log in to your router.
- Click on "System Administration" and select "Problem Report."
- Fill in your region, email address (required), ASUS service/case number, issue type, and a description of the issue.
- Please read and agree to the privacy policy and relevant service terms.
- Click "Send" to submit your form.
Additional Information: Please send us the following information via private message for further analysis:
- Product serial number
- Time the problem report was submitted
- Email used for the problem report
- Time the issue occurred
- MAC address of your device
- Network architecture diagram of your current environment
- Screenshots of your dual WAN settings
